How does the online order form work?

Our online order form provides us the basic information to begin your pick-up request. Once filled out, we will contact you via text or phone call to coordinate. Once the times are solidified, we will take care of the rest. 

What if I want multiple       services done?

In-person, simply bring in everything you want cleaned and/or serviced and we will discuss how long it will take and pricing. For online pick-up, simply select all the options you want on the pick-up form and we can discuss the all the details over the phone. 

What's the turnaround for Dry-Cleaning?

Dry-Cleaning regular garments takes approx. 3-4 days to come back. Specialty items usually take one week to come back. For more details visit the Dry-Cleaning Prices on the Services page.

Can you get stains out?

We do our best to treat and remove stains with care and expertise. While we can’t guarantee that every stain will come out completely, we take every precaution to give your garments the best possible outcome. For dry-cleaning, we carefully inspect each item and spot-clean stains as needed. For laundry services, please point out or label any stained garments so we can apply safe, fabric-appropriate stain removers. 

What is a specialty item?

Specialty items include, but are not limited to, winter coats, comforters, large blankets, wool products, silks, rugs/carpets, and household items (such as table clothes, placemats, curtains, etc.). These items require special care and more time to properly care for. Pricing varies based on material, size, and item type. At this time we do not accept leather.

What are my payment options?

At this time, we accept online payments by filling out the online order form with your card information, via phone call at 617-982-9246, or via cash. In-person, we take all major card payments with a minimum of $10 or cash payments. Card charges below the minimum will incur an additional $2 small charge fee. 

When should I pay?

In-person payments can be done at drop-off or when you come and pick-up the clothes. For online services, payment must be collected either at pick-up or before delivery is done. If payment is not collected by the time delivery is ready, we will safely hold onto your clothes until payment is obtained. Exception to this is cash payment, which can be collected at a hand-off delivery.

How do I know if something is Dry-Clean?

If you aren't sure if your garment if dry-clean safe, you can bring the item in and we can provide a free consultation about the material and the best way to clean it.
